How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, it takes 7 business days to receive your order in Japan and 15 business days in US. The product will be shipped from China to Japan/US, and this timeframe includes the time required for our skilled artisans to meticulously craft your product and factors in potential variations in supplier timelines and flight schedules.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your customer number and a link to our parcel tracking service. Please check your email and follow the instructions to track your order.If you have an account, you can also find your order tracking number on your account page.

Want to cancel or modify your order? No problem! Yes, currently we do support the delivery to Okinawa Prefecture or remote islands, but extra shipping fee 3,000 JPY will be charged. If you live in these areas and are interested in our products, please contact us at spacesw.contact@gmail.com before placing an order and we can double confirm whether the shipment is available or not.

How much is shipping?

Shipping to Japan is free (shipment to the Okinawa Prefecture or remote islands will be charged with extra 3,000 JPY). Shipping to the United States will be charged with extra 8000 JPY. We don't support shipping to other countries yet, but we will open it later.
