At SPACESW we try out best to provide our customers with the best desktop products and services, but if you are not satisfied with the product, please feel free to contact us and provide your feedback or request the refund within 30 days.

We ship worldwide via YDH express. In general, orders will be processed within 2 business days. Typically, standard JP or South Korean shipping takes about 5 business days, depending on the airline situation.

International orders may be subject to customs and other import duties and fees when the shipment reaches its destination. These fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. Failure to pay import charges may result in the shipment being abandoned and void your refund and exchange options. Shipping times may vary depending on shipping location.

Most items will ship together, but some may be shipped separately. If you receive a partial item, please check the order status to see the estimated ship date for the remaining items.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes for Shipments to South Korea

To ensure a transparent and seamless delivery experience for our customers in South Korea, please review the following customs information.

In accordance with South Korean customs regulations, personal shipments with a total value under $150 USD are generally exempt from import duties and taxes. We are pleased to confirm that the vast majority of our orders fall below this threshold, ensuring a smooth customs clearance process for our customers.

Please be advised that all international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees that may be incurred. These potential charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • For Orders Valued Under $150 USD: As most orders are under the $150 USD threshold, they will clear customs without incurring any additional charges. The price you pay at our checkout is the final price.
  • For Orders Valued Over $150 USD: If your order's value is $150 USD or more, it will be subject to import duties and taxes as determined by the Korea Customs Service. The designated courier service will contact you directly to inform you of the amount due and to arrange for payment before your package can be delivered.
