Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at spacesw.contact@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team at spacesw.contact@gmail.com. We’ll be happy to provide further assistance in place of having you complete our formal returns process.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations and exchanges

Due to variations in monitor/screen settings and the wide variation in natural material, images on the website may not match the actual products shipped. Color/grain dissatisfaction is not a valid reason for an exchange.

Please contact our support team at spacesw.contact@gmail.com if you wish to cancel your order, change the address, size, payment method, or delivery date. Please note that we may not be able to accept changes to products that have already been shipped.

In principle, requests to change the size, upgrade or downgrade an order are not eligible for return or refund. If you contact our support team, we will try to accommodate your request as much as possible.

Generally the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

When you make a purchase, you can choose your preferred payment method. In the unlikely event that you wish to return the product, we will refund your money. Refunds will be made to the payment method you selected at the time of purchase and will be processed once we have confirmed the return. Refunds usually take approximately 5-10 business days.

Domestic Returns and Exchanges

Please note that domestic customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items.

International Returns and Exchanges

Please note that international customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, duties, customs fees, and taxes on returned or exchanged items.
