Warranty Policy

The warranty period begins from the date of arrival of the product. The warranty period is 1 year. Damage, scratches, stains, etc. due to daily use are not covered by the warranty. If the product malfunctions despite the customer using the product properly, we will replace or repair it free of charge within the warranty period.

Please note that this does not apply if the purchase cannot be confirmed from our official website, such as if the product was purchased from an auction site or resale site.

The following cases are not covered by the warranty even during the warranty period.

1. Changes in appearance, wear and tear due to daily use

2. Preferences such as not fitting the firmness

3. Intentional damage to the core material or cover (burning, cutting, tearing, pouring liquid, soiling, etc.)


4. Deterioration of the wood over time during use

5. Yellowing or discoloration of the acrylic material
 (this may occur due to the characteristics of the material, but it is not a quality issue of the product)
