Desktop storage trays are a very popular way to create an efficient desktop environment, but the products on the market are either very shallow or have rounded corners, which are not suitable for storage. Based on the feedback from some users on the market, we have deepened the overall depth of this desktop storage tray and made the corners right angles to make the overall effect more three-dimensional. In combination with other products such as height-raising racks, a more efficient desktop environment can be created.
This is what it looks like before it is polished, and there are 3 sizes. The machine cannot polish the edges, it can only be polished manually, and each product has to be polished 1000 times.
The materials are all from North American FAS grade solid wood such as North American black walnut, North American red oak, and North American oak made into black.
The texture is created through repeated polishing and oiling (taking North American black walnut as an example)

The mid-stage polishing process involves using 1000 mesh for one round of polishing, as well as applying oil for added enhancement.

A total of 7 polishing steps, 2 priming and 2 finishing coats, with each product taking 36 hours to complete, resulting in a smooth surface, waterproof, and devoid of any burrs
